Anna Weber
Conversational & Lifecycle Marketing
Germany
Moves leads in real time: WhatsApp, website chat and messenger channels, wired to CRM and automation – so response time drops from days to minutes and no contact piles up in an inbox.
CRM, data, tracking and automation are steered centrally from Germany. Local performance leads translate the systems architecture into their country’s market logic.
Fixed contact persons, no rotation
You do not work with a pool, but with fixed, assigned specialists. Whoever knows your project stays on it – across quarter changes.
One reporting across all markets
Whether Berlin, Milan or Madrid: KPIs, attribution and reporting run on the same schema. Cross-market comparability is not a problem, it is standard.
How we choose and develop people
We hire for depth, not breadth: everyone on the team is so good in at least one tool or discipline that clients ask for them specifically. Development is part of the role – not a bonus.
Depth over breadth
Whoever works here is demonstrably strong in one core field (e.g. lead scoring, server-side tracking or paid in IT) – the rest is covered by the team.
Continuous upskilling
Tool updates, new platform features, new consent rules: we reserve fixed time per quarter so the team stays ahead – not behind.
Regional depth
Performance leads for IT, ES, FR and the UK work in their market – with native language, market logic and network. That complements the central system, it does not replace it.
Frequently asked questions about the team
Who will I speak to in the first call?
Depending on the topic, the responsible specialist: the head of automation for automation and CRM, the local performance lead for your target market for paid, the data expert for tracking. No sales talk before the specialist talk.
How many projects does one person handle in parallel?
We consciously cap the number: a maximum of three active core projects per person. More leads to superficial care – and that we do not sell.
How are working hours aligned (DACH + southern Europe/UK)?
The core time is 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. CET, when all regions overlap. Local leads have additional market hours for their countries. Escalations run asynchronously over a documented kanban board.
Can I speak with a specific team member?
Yes – tell us the topic, and we route you directly to the right person. Before the first call we introduce the responsible person with their profile.
What happens if someone is out (vacation, illness)?
Every project is documented (setups, workflows, logic) and has defined second persons. No knowledge depends on a single person – that is part of our architecture.
Are the team members employees or freelancers?
It is a mix: core functions (automation, CRM, tracking) are fixed in the team, regional performance leads work on a project basis long-term. For you the difference is not visible – fixedly assigned and reachable. What matters: you do not work with a rotating pool.
Can I request a specific person on my project?
Yes – tell us what matters to you (experience, tool, language, market) and we assign the right person. Before the first call we introduce them with their profile. If a person is out, there is a defined second person.
Talk to the right head directly
No sales theatre: depending on the topic, first calls are held with the specialist from automation, CRM or your region.
