Local online marketing: found in your area, booked without searching

Local businesses win customers through the map, not through the site: Google Business Profile, local SEO, reviews and local ads decide who is found in the area. We set all four levers so that enquiries land in the CRM – instead of in the inboxes of five different systems.

It is not the biggest website that wins – the most visible one in the area.

Why local marketing ticks differently

In local business, map-pack visibility decides: for searches with a location reference, Google often shows three map entries before the organic results – and that is where most clicks go. On top of that come reviews as the strongest trust signal, and the question of whether a call, an enquiry or an online booking button is directly reachable from the profile. Maintaining only a website means working on the facade while the competitor stands at the door.

What we do for this industry

Four levers that demonstrably work in this industry – each with a measurable goal, none of them from the standard catalogue.

Google Business Profile fully built out

Categories, service radius, products & services, post planning, Q&A preparation and photo strategy: the profile is your first landing page – we treat it like one that has to convert.

Local SEO & citation structure

Location pages per service area and city, consistent NAP data (name, address, phone number) across all directories, and internal linking that makes Google trust your region.

Review system

Automated review requests after every completed job (SMS/email, GDPR-compliant), a reply to every review with a clear tone, and monitoring when the rating drops – because it correlates directly with click-through rate.

Local ads & call tracking

Local Services Ads and Google ads with location radius, call tracking per area, and a routing that sends every enquiry to the free technician or the free clinic – automated, in the CRM.

The services behind it

Frequently asked questions: Local Businesses

Do you also operate businesses outside Berlin?

Yes. Local marketing is remote-capable: profile maintenance, content, ads and reporting run centrally, and where necessary we work through local performance leads in the region. What matters is the target region, not your registered office.

How quickly does local marketing show results?

Google Business Profile and Local Services Ads: measurable additional enquiries usually within two to four weeks. Local SEO: first movements from week 4–8, more stable position changes from month 3–6. We measure everything from week 1 so you can see the curve.

We already have an agency for the website – what would you add?

The website is only one of four levers. Most local businesses invest 100 % in the site and 0 % in profile, reviews and local ads – that is exactly where the clicks are. We also work alongside existing website agencies and take over the channels nobody maintains.

Do we need a CRM if we only have 2–3 employees?

No – a single point of contact. For small businesses a well-maintained calendar plus automated review requests is enough; from about 5 employees and multiple locations, a real CRM with lead routing pays off. We set up both so enquiries do not land in email inboxes and die there.
